Dreaming: From Biblical Times to You
Dreaming is something all humanity does and has done throughout history. It is as natural and automatic as our breathing and heart-beating. Jewish and Christian scripture tells us our spiritual fore parents believed it was a way God spoke to them. Psychotherapists understand dreams as a “royal road to the unconscious”. Whatever else they may be, dreams are a way you express your creativity and ability to “think outside the box” on a regular basis.
In this workshop we will explore dreaming as a form of spiritual meditation. We will look at dreams in scripture, learn some dream theory basics, and tools for remembering our dreams and how to interpret them. Using guidelines based on Jeremy Taylor’s dreamgroup theory, we will discover signposts of the inner path. Come hear more clearly what your Wisdom Guide may be whispering to you.
